Cookie policy
A clear guide to the cookies and browser storage used by this website.
Local edition · 14 September 2026About cookies and local storage
Cookies are small pieces of information a website can ask your browser to retain. Local storage and session storage are browser features used for similar practical purposes. They may remember a setting between pages or visits.
Essential WordPress functions
WordPress uses cookies when administrators sign in, including authentication and session checks. Enquiry protection can use a visitor token and server-side rate limits to help prevent repeated submissions. These mechanisms support site operation and form security.
Catalogue preferences and saved journeys
The catalogue can remember a list or grid view and the number of columns you choose. A journey’s Save control stores a flag in the browser on that device. This does not create a booking or synchronise a travel account.
The retained theme also supports remembering a dismissed announcement or cookie preference. Clearing your browser storage may reset these choices.
Analytics and advertising
The redesign does not activate an external advertising or email-marketing service. Any analytics, embedded media, live chat or tracking service intended for production must be inventoried and reflected in the approved notice before launch. Consent controls must match the services actually enabled.
Your browser controls
You can review or remove site data through your browser settings and can choose to block cookies. Blocking required cookies may prevent administrator login or interfere with forms and saved settings. Local storage preferences can be removed by clearing this site’s browser data.
External websites
Links to external resources, email applications or messaging services may open services operated by other organisations. Their own cookie and privacy notices apply when you use them.
